Cheesy Pulled Chicken Tacos

    Coat chicken breast in Smokey bbq seasoning and air fry for 30 mins (turning halfway through) or pan fry will work

    While the chicken is cooking chop pepper and onion into thin slices

    When the chicken is almost done in a pan fry off your peppers and onion with some fry light

  4. 4

    Shred the chicken breast it is cooked

  5. 5

    When the onions change colour add in a tin of chopped tomatoes and all the spices, add a little bit of water and simmer on a medium heat

  6. 6

    Add the shredded chicken into the pan and simmer for about 10 mins

    Grab a mini tortilla and place it into the sauce pan on both sides so it’s coated in the sauce

    Then put the tortilla into a separate frying pan to go nice and crispy

  9. 9

    Once slightly crispy add the chicken mixture to the tortilla and a lil bit of cheese whilst still in the pan, folder over and leave in frying pan till the cheese melts

    Serve with whatever sides and enjoy!
