Slice your tomatoes, drizzle them with olive oil, add salt and pepper, and then airfry them for 15 minutes.

Peel your garlic, put them into a mini cocotte, cover it with olive oil and put them in the airfryer as well.

Chop your onion, then sautee it in some olive oil.

Add the tomatoes, the garlic, and some of the garlic oil.

Add the water, some dried oregano and fresh basil, then boil the soup for some minutes, then blend it.
