    Dice one apple and caramelise it with a splash of maple syrup, a pinch of salt and some water.

    Add one cup of oats and as much water that covers the oats. Simmer it on low heat, stirring it constantly, until it thickens.

    For the fake caramel on top, combine 1 tbsp peanut butter with a splash of maple syrup and 2 tbsp of oatmilk.
