These oil and sugar-free cookies are the best way to use your overripe bananas.

    Blend 1 cup of oats with 1/2 cup shredded coconut and 2 overripe bananas.

    Add a pinch of salt and some cinnamon to the mixture.

    Bake the cookies for 20 minutes on 180C.

    Decorate them with melted chocolate.
