The best cake I’ve ever made (according to me). The taste of the toasted coconut in the cake is just incredible.

    Toast your coconut in a pan, careful not to burn them.

    Melt the butter, then mix it with the sugar, then add the milk and the rest of the ingredients.

    Put it in a baking form.

    Bake it for 20 minutes on 180C.

    Let it cool down, then decorate it with coconut spread.
