    Cut the veggies and the tofu, then start frying them in a pan.

    In the meantime, make the sauce by combining the soy sauce, miso, gochujang, a splash of maple syrup and a bit of ginger powder.

    Pour the water on the veggies and the sauce too, then boil it for a couple of minutes.

    When the veggies are almost done, add the noodles and the tofu and boil it for 2 more minutes.

    Serve it with some sesame seeds on top, or as you like.
