    Dice your onion and garlic, then sautée them in olive oil.

    Add your water and the diced pumpkin, the vegan cream and the miso paste, then boil until the pumpkins are soft.

    Add the spices, the lemon juice and the lemon zest, then blend it until smooth.

Serve it with some fried tofu and toast.
