Your next favourite autumn drink, an immune boost for when the weather turns cold.

Ingredients

    Chop 500g of ginger and boil them in 700ml water.

    Add 1/4 cup of maple syrup, and when the ginger pieces are soft, add the juice of 1.5 lemons.

    Let the juice cool down in the pot, then drain the liquid.

    Dilute the juice with some boiling water when you prepare your drink, depending on how gingery you would like it.


Notes

Save the ginger pieces after you have drained them, you can make the drink again!
