Pear and Brie Cheese Appetizer
This is such an easy appetiser that has a bit of salty and sweet, the best of both worlds.

Set the oven on 180 degrees.

Cut the puff pastry in desired shape.

Portion out pear and Brie cheese on each pastry.

Apply egg wash on the borders.

Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 min, or until golden.

Sprinkle crushed walnuts and drizzle honey.

Top with a pinch of salt.
