STOP MOTION: TOFU B.L.A.T
I can’t even remember the last time I did a stop motion! This is sandwich is off the chain!!

Make a mixture of 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 tbsp harissa paste, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 6 tbsp oil, and 1/2 tsp salt.

Brush on some small tofu slices (1/4 inch thickness).

Bake 30 mins at 350F.

Remove, brush with more mixture, flip, place back in the oven another 30 mins.

Remove, and brush with more mixture.

Take the tofu and slap it on a sammie with vegan mayo, lettuce, tomato, and avo, and you’re good to go!
