Crispy Gochujang Tofu

The only way to eat tofu is if it’s nice and crispy and well marinated

Ingredients

Directions

    Coat tofu in cornstarch, salt & pepper. Fry till golden.

    Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp syrup, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, minced garlic & ginger.

    Add tofu to a pan with heated oil

  4. 4

    Cook until golden and add sesame seeds and spring onions.

  5. 5

    Add sauce and mix until tofu is coated.

  6. 6

    Garnish with sesame seeds & spring onions.
