Add flour, yoghurt, oil & pinch of salt to a bowl

Mix and roll into a ball

Cut ball in half

Mould into flatbread shape

Heat oil on a pan, once hot, add flatbread

Melt your butter and garlic in a bowl in the microwave for 20 seconds

Top one side off with the butter

Fry on each side for roughly 2-3minutes, until golden brown

Garnish with parsley
