My staple recipe that I will never get sick of! It is so quick and easy, and done in less than 20 minutes.

    Add pasta to boiling, salted water and cook for 15 minutes. Then add peas for last 5 minutes.

    On a medium heat in a large pot, fry onions, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli and garlic for 7-8 minutes

    Once browned, add cream cheese and oat milk, water & stock cube (add more if needed)

  4. 4

    Bring to a boil and allow to simmer for 10-12 minutes (until thick)

  5. 5

    Serve
