Vietnamese Shaking Beef Salad

A play on Bò Lúc Lắc, this salad features sweet Heirloom Tomatoes, black pepper beef, pickled purple onions, mint, coriander, spring onion, crispy shallots, and a simple Vietnamese vinaigrette.

Black pepper beef

Vietnamese vinaigrette

Directions

    Add all the black pepper beef ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined

    Place the beef into the bowl and cover to marinate and place the beef into the fridge to marinate for at least 30mins

    Using the SMEG serrated utility knife slice the Heirloom Tomatoes into large circles, sprinkle a pinch of salt over the tomatoes and set aside
