Gà Kho Gùng
A Vietnamese staple for a reason, àn’t let it’s simplicity fool you doe this dish is banging! Sweet caramelised chicken infused with the aromatics of ginger and hit with boost of flavour with a Continental Stock Pot, yummm.

add sugar and cook on a low-medium heat, cook slowly until you get a nice a golden caramel

add chicken,3/4 of your ginger, a Chicken Continental Stock Pot Sensations, fish sauce, 1/2 cup of water and mix until roughly even (don’t worry if your caramel crystallises it’ll eventually melt back)

cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes to cook the chicken through

remove the lid and simmer until you get a nice sticky saucey consistency

garnish with fresh ginger
