Phamily Style Veggie Packed Spaghetti Bolognese

Pham-ily spin on spaghetti Bolognese, loaded with hidden veggies, a total crowd pleaser, and super easy to whip up!

    Blitz the carrots, zucchini, capsicum, and mushrooms in a food processor until finely chopped but not pureed.

    Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

    Add the minced beef to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.

    Stir in the blitzed vegetable mixture and cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the vegetables to soften slightly and mix with the beef.

    Pour in the two jars of Mutti Bolognese Sugo Semplice and stir well. Don’t forget to add a little water into those Sugo bottles and shake it up to get all of that goodness out too!
