Slow Cooker Pesto Chicken Pasta
What a winner this one is! Your whole family will love it so much they’ll be going back for seconds!

Put 4 chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Add a whole jar of @sacla_uk pesto.

Add water to the pesto jar and shake, then pour in.

Add 500ml of chicken stock and salt and pepper.

Cook on high for 2 hours, or low for 4 hours.

Shred the chicken.

Add in 350g of dried pasta, 200g of cream cheese, 100g mozzarella, 50g of parmesan, 180g of spinach and mix.

If you think it looks dry, add another 100-200ml of stock!

Cook on high for another 30-40 mins - until the pasta is cooked through and sauce thickened.

You can also thicken the sauce with some cornflour mixed with cold water if you get impatient!

Sprinkle over some fresh parsley and/or basil to serve.
