The perfect burger to make this Halloween! It’s guaranteed to go down a treat

    Split 1kg pizza dough into 4

    Mix 2 tbsp melted butter, 2 tsp garlic granules, 1/2 tsp turmeric and 2 tsp smoked paprika and brush over the 4 dough balls

    Tie 3-4 pieces of string loosely around the dough balls and place on a lined baking sheet

  4. 4

    Bake for 15 mins at 200˚C (or until golden & cooked through)

    Remove from oven and set aside to cool before halving

  6. 6

    Add 500g beef & pork mince, 1 grated apple, and 1/2 grated red onion to a large mixing bowl

  7. 7

    Add in the salt & pepper and breadcrumbs and form into patties

  8. 8

    Fry off the patties until a crust forms on the edge and they’re cooked through - add cheese to the top in the last couple of minutes and cover with a lid to melt

    Layer the burger - base, sriracha mayo, lettuce, tomato, burger, spicy cheese, bacon, lid & pepper stalk
