Pumpkin Brie
Say goodbye to boring autumnal treats! Tuck into this wheel of baked brie wrapped in golden puff pastry, oozing with cheesy chilli jam goodness

Place a sheet of ready roll puff pastry down on top of 4 pieces of string - crossed over each other

Spread the pastry with 1 tbsp of chutney (we used chilli jam because its delicious)

Add your wheel of brie on top and wrap it up as best you can

Tie up the string and flip it over and brush with egg wash mixed with 1tsp of paprika

Air Fry for 10-15 mins at 200C

Serve with a little basil leaf for garnish and your fave dippy bits we went for walnuts and crusty bread
