Maoam Spiderweb Cookies
A creative way to use up leftover Halloween sweets and create fun, spooky spider web designs on your cookies.

Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and bicarbonate of soda. Set aside.

Melt butter in the microwave or a small pan, then let it cool slightly.

Combine the melted butter and sugar in a large bowl and mix well.

Stir in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.

Using an ice cream scoop, place cookie dough balls on your baking sheet.

Bake for 8-11 minutes until cookies are slightly set and no longer wet but still soft to the touch.

Let the cookies cool on the tray.

Melt a Maoam Stripe in the microwave for 10-30 seconds until soft and stretchy.

Once it’s cool enough to handle, stretch and pull the melted Maoam to form a spider web shape, then drape it over each cookie.

Add a Black Maoam Pinball on top and finish with icing to create the spider’s legs for that perfect creepy touch!
