Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

  2. 2

Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and bicarbonate of soda. Set aside.

  3. 3

Melt butter in the microwave or a small pan, then let it cool slightly.

  4. 4

Combine the melted butter and sugar in a large bowl and mix well.

  5. 5

Stir in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.

  6. 6

Using an ice cream scoop, place cookie dough balls on your baking sheet.

  7. 7

Bake for 8-11 minutes until cookies are slightly set and no longer wet but still soft to the touch.

  8. 8

Let the cookies cool on the tray.

  9. 9

Melt a Maoam Stripe in the microwave for 10-30 seconds until soft and stretchy.

  10. 10

Once it’s cool enough to handle, stretch and pull the melted Maoam to form a spider web shape, then drape it over each cookie.

  11. 11

Add a Black Maoam Pinball on top and finish with icing to create the spider’s legs for that perfect creepy touch!
