Autumn Traybake
You need to try this quick and easy air-fryer traybake! It’s packed with succulent chicken, tender squash, and crispy bacon. It’s autumn in every bite and ready in just 21 minutes. Try it and thank us later!

Add 1 red onion, cut into chunks, 400g of diced squash and parsnips battens to your air-fryer

Place in 2 bone in skin on chicken thighs and 150g of bacon lardons

Drizzle everything with olive oil, 1tbsp of honey and season with 2tsp each of paprika, sage, thyme and rosemary. Add Salt & pepper to taste

Make sure everything is is well coated

Cook @ 200C for 21 mins flipping your chicken over halfway (this will ensure even cooking but be aware air-fryers do vary in cooking times)

Serve with parsley, mash, tender stem broccoli and a good drizzle of gravy
