Air-Fryer Sausage & Mash Pie

Enjoy this take on a family favourite recipe! It’s sausage and mash IN A PIE! And even better - you can cook it all in the air fryer

Ingredients

    Add 6-8 sausages sliced and 1 sliced white onion to your air-fryer

  2. 2

    Spray with oil and season with 2tsp of rosemary, 2tsp of sage, 1tsp of thyme, black pepper, ½ tsp garlic granuels and salt to taste

    Stir to combine and cook for 12 - 15 mins @ 180C until sausages and onion are starting to brown

  4. 4

    Meanwhile add 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard to 800g of mash potato (you can do more or less mash it depends how thick you want your top. We used ready made mash to save time)

    Add 200g peas and 300ml gravy to your sausage mix and stir

  6. 6

    Add your mash topping and pattern with a fork (optional)

    Cook for another 12 -15 mins Or until the mash has started to golden

  8. 8

    Garnish with parsley and serve with tenderstem broccoli
