    Slice all your veggies nice and thin.

    Dip rice paper in warm water until malleable.

    Assemble spring rolls by laying rice paper on slightly damp surface and adding basil, mint, cilantro, red bell pepper, cucumber, shredded carrots, rice noodles, shaved purple cabbage, fresh mango slices, and fried tofu.

    Wrap it like a burrito.

    Dip in your homemade Thai peanut sauce and enjoy!
