    In a large skillet over medium add olive oil and butter. Then throw in your chopped onion, garlic, celery, carrots, and potato. Cook for 5 minutes stirring often.

    Add in your salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary and thyme. Stir.

    Add in flour, chicken broth, and half and half. Whisk until combined. Simmer for 5 minutes until it starts to thicken. Stirring often.

    Add in chicken and peas. Stir to combine then transfer to oven safe pan or baking dish.

    Cut your puff pastry into squares and place thawed puff pastry on top of your pie. Brush with egg wash.

    Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through.
