Slice your cod into small pieces (about 1 inch thick) and generously coat with your seasoning.

Heat a frying pan to medium, add avocado oil and place your cod fillets.

Cook for about 2.5 minutes then flip and cook for 2.5 min on the other side.

To assemble: tortilla of choice > guacamole > cod fillets > mango salsa > yogurt crema.
