    In a bowl, add all of your nuts, seeds and dried fruits and a dash of salt.

    Melt your butter then add in sugar and honey. Bring to a boil then back down to a high simmer and stir continuously for about 5 minutes until it thickens a bit. Then add in vanilla extract and give one final stir then pour over your nuts and seeds mixture.

    Stir until everything’s combined then transfer to a parchment paper lined baking pan. Press down very firmly.

    Bake at 300 degrees for 50 minutes.

    Take out the oven and add another piece of parchment paper on top and place something firm on it. Put in the fridge for at least two hours. Then you can take it out, cut into squares, and store it fridge.
