In a large skillet, add 1 tbsp avocado oil and your ground beef. Break up ground beef then add in your onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until meat is cooked through.

Tilt pan to one side and try to mop up any liquid.

Add in your taco seasoning packet along with 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, and 1/2 tsp paprika. Add in black beans, salsa, and cilantro and stir until everything is combined.

Top with Greek yogurt, shredded lettuce, avocado, jalapeños, and extra cilantro. Serve it with cholula or hot sauce of choice. Enjoy!
