    Mix all patty ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Form into round patties, makes 4 servings.

    In a cast iron skillet over med high heat place your patties down then press your pita on top. Press down firmly so the patty gets flat like a smash burger. Cook for 3 minutes.

    Flip and cook for additional minute.

    For Tatziki, mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.

    Assemble burger with Tatziki, cucumber, tomatoes, dill, and mint.
