    Roll into balls and pan sear in avocado oil over medium heat both sides until golden and finish off in the oven at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl to make.

    Cook 1.5 cups of orzo in chicken broth.

  4. 4

    Once finished cooking add in 2 cups spinach, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 lemon juice, and 1/2 cup crumbled feta.

    Serve warm and top with your meatballs and tzatziki.
