Recipe for making Sattu Protein Powder using Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios, Fox Nuts, and Roasted Chana.

    Dry roast Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios, and Fox Nuts.

    Turn off the flame and add Roasted Chana (Sattu).

  3. 3

    Roast for a minute without any flame in a hot pan.

  4. 4

    Grind all the ingredients together when they come to room temperature.

  5. 5

    Make powder.


Notes

Store in a glass jar. Do not make in bulk quantity and store for months. Make small quantity and use fresh.
