Roast Desi Ghee and Semolina in a Kadhai on low flame until it changes color.

Add Pineapple Chunks and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.

Add Granulated Sugar and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

Boil Water and Pineapple Puree or Juice in a sauce pan.

Add Pineapple Syrup in Kadhai in 2 portions and stir continuously until it starts leaving the Kadhai and gets a bit dry.

Turn the flame to low and cook for another 5 minutes, covered.

Please Note: This Measurement is Calculated by Adding 1/2cup of Ghee, Suji, Pineapple Chunks and Sugar Each, Which Totals Up to 2 Cups, And out of which we are Adding 1 Cup of Plain Water and 1 Cup of Pineapple Juice/Puree.
