Grind 5-6 Red Kashmiri Chillies and 10-12 Garlic Cloves.

Add in 1 Tbsp Cumin and Kashmiri Chillies and Garlic Crushed in it and Roast it.

Add in 4-5 Potatoes (Cut in Cubes), Add in Salt and 1/2Tsp Turmeric, Mix Well, Turn the Flame to Low, Cover and Cook Until Potatoes Turns Soft.

Once Done add in 1 Lemon Juice, 1Tsp Chaat Masala and Coriander Leaves.
