Southwest Grilled Chicken Bowl
Spice up your weeknight dinners with this Southwest Chicken recipe using @getsidedish Southwest Dressing!

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and then add in SideDish’s Southwest Dressing. Let marinade in the fridge (covered) for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Grill the chicken over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Slice and set aside.

In a bowl, add the rice, black beans, corn, and avocado slices. Top with grilled chicken.

Drizzle a generous amount of SideDish Southwest Dressing over the bowl.

Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges for an extra pop of flavor!
