    Boil Soaked Matar, Potato, Bay leaf, Salt, and Water together until 3-4 whistles.

    Add Cumin, Cinnamon, Black pepper, Ginger, Garlic, Green chilli, Onion, and Tomato to the blender and blend them together.

    Add the cooked chola into the masala prepared.

    Add Salt, Black salt, Cumin powder, Red chilli powder, and Amchoor powder and mix well.

    Assemble puris together, pour the chola all over it and garnish with onion, tomato, coriander, green chilli, and imli chutney and enjoy!!!
