Add desi ghee in lohe ki kadhai.

Add cumin, bay leaf, crushed masala, asafoetida, turmeric, coriander, and red chilli.

Let the Besan turn golden brown.

Add water and tomato purée.

Let the oil separate.

Add water.

Add 1 tsp amchoor and salt as per taste.

Add boiled potato and cook for 4-5 minutes.
