Boil together kabuli Chana, Bay leaf, Cinnamon stick, Cloves, Salt, Tea leaves water, and Water until 4-5 whistles.

Heat oil and add whole spices.

Add Tomato puree, Coriander powder, Red chilli powder, and Cumin powder.

Add the cooked chola, Sugar, Salt, Garam masala, and Fresh Coriander.

Cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add desi ghee tadka on top with green chilli and ginger.
