    Heat mustard oil.

    Add pounded ginger, garlic, and green chilli.

    Add curry leaves.

    Add onion.

    Add dahi mix.

    Add boiled Kala Chana.

    Let it cook for 5-7 minutes.

    Add salt as per taste.

    Give it all a good mix and serve with piping hot rice!
