Chocolate Sprinkle Cookies

Directions

   Pre heat oven to 180°C + grease & line a baking tray.

   Melt together chocolate chips & coconut oil until no lumps remain.

   Mix in remaining ingredients to the melted chocolate until a cookie dough texture forms.

   Form even sized cookies and press one side firmly into your sprinkles to coat it.

   Place onto your lined tray and repeat for remaining mixture.

   Place in the oven and bake for approx 8 minutes.

   Enjoy warm or once cooled!
