    Preheat oven to 180°C & Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with baking paper.

    In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil and choc chips over medium heat until smooth.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the plain flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, egg, vanilla extract, ground coffee & melted chocolate mixture.

    Mix until well combined & set aside.

    In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, Greek yoghurt, maple syrup, egg, vanilla extract, and plain flour until smooth and creamy.

    Pour 3/4 of brownie batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Followed by your cheesecake filling over the top. Swirl through remaining brownie batter on top.

    Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheesecake layer is set and slightly golden around the edges.

    Allow to cool in the baking dish before slicing and serving… ENJOY!
