Preheat oven to 450F°.

Season tomato slices with 1 Tbsp of olive oil and a pinch of MSG, salt and pepper.

Toast ciabatta loaf.

Sear summer sausage and mortadella until slightly crispy and browned.

Whisk together grated garlic, remaining olive oil, vinegar and mustard until emulsified.

Toss lettuce, parmesan, shallot and jalapeno into the dressing.

Spread Hot pepper jam on both sides of the ciabatta bread.

Layer on Summer sausage, Mortadella, seasoned tomatoes, salad, potato chips and then top with the remaining slice of ciabatta bread.
