Garlic Shrimp
My riff on Gambas al Ajillo, a delicious and easy-to-make dish with minimal time and effort.

Season shrimp with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and lemon zest. Let marinate while prepping other ingredients.

Warm up a large amount of fat (butter or olive oil) in a pan over low heat.

Infuse the fat with garlic and chili peppers for 5 minutes, without letting the garlic brown.

Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they begin to curl up and change color.

Remove from heat and immediately add lemon juice.

Toss in cilantro or parsley and serve with bread for dipping.
