Savoury Mince Pie
Another favourite mammy dinner my mam made us in the 80βs & 90βs
Ingredients

Fry off 3 finely diced carrots, 1/2 large white onion, and petit pois.

Add 500g lean mince (in a glug of soy sauce - optional) and let it reduce and thicken.

Pop into an oven dish and add puff pastry to the top (cut into little squares and egg/milk wash).

Oven cook at 180Β° fan until pastry goes golden.

Serve and enjoy.
