Heat the oil

Add in the garlic and let it fry off for 1-2 mins then add the chilli flakes and the smoked paprika. Mix to flavour all the oil

Add in the prawns, they only need 3-4 mins in that hot oil to cook through - then add in the cooked spaghetti or linguine and coat well in all that delicious flavoured oil

Serve and finish with a good grating of Parmesan - delicious
