Ingredients: buttermilk (Marinade for as long as you can); drumstick and thighs; 1.5 cups plain flour; 0.5 cup corn flour; 2 tbsp white pepper; 1 tbsp black pepper; 1 tbsp salt; 1 tbsp garlic salt; 0.5 tbsp thyme; 0.5 tbsp basil; 3 tbsp paprika; 1 tbsp aromat (Optional)

The secret to getting this nice and golden and crispy is a good spray of oil. If there are areas not covered it will stay white so make sure you check halfway through and spray any places that need it

Mix the coating ingredients together.

Coat the marinaded chicken well.

Pop into the AIRFRYER at 200° for 20 mins with a good spray of oil.

Turn halfway through until golden and crisp.
