Honey & Cinnamon Roasted Butternut Squash

A vibrant side dish or appetizer made from roasted butternut squash, a sweet warm sauce, and fresh pomegranates and pecans.

    Microwave the squash for 5 minutes (this makes it easier to cut) and slice into half circles, removing the seeds.

    Drizzle with olive oil, honey, and cinnamon. Brush the squash to make sure it’s evenly coated.

    Bake on 375°F for 50-60 minutes. The skin should be slightly wrinkled and the tops should be caramelised.

    Top with fruits and nuts.
