Banana Bread Breakfast Cookies

These delicious cookies come together in one bowl, are lightly sweetened with coconut sugar and chocolate chips, and perfect for all banana bread lovers

    Start by mashing the bananas and mixing them with lemon juice.

    In a mixing bowl, add in the bananas and the rest of the wet ingredients and mix until evenly combined.

    Add in the dry ingredients (except for the toppings) and mix again.

    Add in the walnuts and chocolate chips and fold together.

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop out the batter into 2 tbsp. Bake on 350° for 12-15 minutes.

    Let them cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
