High Fiber Pancakes
These pancakes are a morning favorite. They’re not only delicious, but packed with fiber, and super easy to make.

Blend everything up until smooth.

Heat a pan and cook for 45 seconds on each side, flip once bubbles form.
Notes
Add in chocolate chips, fruit, or enjoy plain. I like mine with almond butter and maple syrup.
