Easy No-Bake Date Energy Bites

Make the oat flour: Blend oats in a food processor until they turn into a fine flour. (Skip this step if you’re using oat flour.)

Combine ingredients: Add the pitted dates, almond butter, protein powder and honey to the oat flour. Process or mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add more oats. If it’s too dry, add a little water.

Form balls: Roll the dough into bite-sized balls.

Melt the chocolate: In a small bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together.

Drizzle & set: Drizzle the melted chocolate over the balls and let them set in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
