Ingredients

Protein and Veggies

High Protein Dip

Directions

    Add eggs to a boiling pot of water and cook for 8 minutes.

    Add ingredients for high protein dip to a food processor and pulse until well mixed.

  3. 3

    Divide dip into four plastic sauce containers.

  4. 4

    Remove eggs from water and cut up veggies.

  5. 5

    Peel eggs and set aside.

  6. 6

    Divide veggies, eggs, and mixture into four adult lunchables. Top eggs with everything but the bagel seasoning.

I usually bring other snacks along with this as well to enjoy throughout the school day.
