Preheat the oven at 200C/ 180C fan-forced.

Mix eggs, yoghurt, milk and oil.

Whisk in the flour and baking powder. Season well.

Fold in the remaining ingredients and bake for 40 minutes, or until set and golden brown. Test with a skewer to see if it comes out clean.
Notes
This cake sale can be enjoyed warm with a salad or cold for a picnic, or as a savoury party snack!
